Patios, Retaining Walls & Hardscapes

Front Walkway Replacement in Colonie, NY

A full front walkway replacement. The old walkway came out, the base was rebuilt and compacted, and new pavers went in with the slope set to shed water away from the house.

Driveway Paver Replacement in Albany, NY

A full driveway paver replacement. We pulled the failing pavers, rebuilt and compacted the base, and reset the driveway to handle traffic, frost, and runoff without shifting.

Drainage & Water Management

Foundation Drainage Installation in Saratoga County

New foundation drainage pipe installed along the exposed foundation, then backfilled and regraded so the soil slopes away from the house. Water that used to sit against the foundation now has a clear path out.

Downspout Drainage Line Installation

A trench was cut across the lawn and a buried drainage line run from the downspout to carry roof water away from the house. Once the line was in, the yard was regraded and the lawn restored.
